Soul, spirit and smiles – that’s the Gylly family in a nutshell. We’ve come a long way since opening beachside back in 2000, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the excellent service, which keeps our customers leaving with a smile. If you’re happy, we’re happy!
13 years and a refurbishment later…
Today we’re still the same lively bunch, loving what we do – we couldn’t ask for a better Cornish, beachside location. Our journey started in 2000 with husband and wife team Simon and Viv transforming the venue into a contemporary and popular eatery, passionate about customer experience and getting the best out of Cornwall’s rich and diverse ingredients.
We’ve always thrived on a full house! That’s probably why here at Gylly, we’re open 364 days a year… Our lively café is managed by Mark and Amy who keep all hands on deck and head chef Dale McIntosh (previously at The Merchants Manor & The Pandora Inn) is forever cooking up a storm in the kitchen, crafting our fresh and local ingredients into delicious, innovative dishes.
