Treworgey Cottages is a collection of beautifully restored holiday cottages set on a 170-acre working farm in the Looe Valley, near Looe in Cornwall. With original features, comfortable interiors and lovely views across the surrounding countryside, the cottages offer a relaxed base for exploring this part of Cornwall with your dog.

There’s a choice of accommodation for different group sizes, from one-bedroom cottages for couples to larger homes for family gatherings. Options include Annie’s Cottage, Well Cottage, Lois’ Cottage, Orchard Cottage, Stable Cottage for two, Willow Cottage, Hollyhock Cottage and Honeysuckle Cottage, which are ideal for smaller stays. For families, there are two-bedroom options including Elm Cottage, Jasmine Cottage, Laurel Cottage and Stable Cottage for three. Larger groups can choose from three-bedroom properties such as River Barn, Trelawney Barn, Secret Garden and Trelugas Cottage, or opt for Geoff’s Barn and the Farmhouse, which offer more room for extended families and get-togethers. Depending on the property, accommodation ranges from one to six bedrooms, sleeping two to eleven guests.

Dogs are very welcome at Treworgey, and the team has put real thought into making a stay with them straightforward. Every cottage has its own private garden, with many enclosed so dogs can enjoy some outdoor time close to the accommodation. There’s also a fully secured dog paddock for off-lead play, a purpose-built warm dog shower for muddy paws, and a dog welcome pack with treats, bowls, a towel and emergency poo bags. Guests can explore the farm’s fields, woodland and streams on walks straight from the property.

The wider facilities make Treworgey a good choice for families and groups too. There’s a heated outdoor swimming pool, a spa pool and infrared sauna, tennis court, horse riding, children’s play areas, an indoor playroom and soft play. Dogs have their own designated tie-up area near the pool and playground, while the pool itself is kept dog-free.
